Debt Collection
The percentage of unpaid debts in Poland is steadily rising. Liabilities arise from both business and private contracts, civil law agreements, and others. The unreliability of payers can significantly affect the financial stability and situation of creditors. However, attempts to recover money independently do not always prove effective.
Debt Collection – Get Your Money Back
We handle debt recovery in all cases. We also manage complex proceedings where debt recovery seemed difficult or impossible, and the debtor persistently avoided repayment.
The KOB GROUP debt collector adapts the form and tools to the situation and to the specific arrangements made with the creditor. Debt collection at KOB GROUP is a comprehensive process that leads to the repayment of the debt owed to the creditor. We have many years of experience and extensive legal knowledge, and we work with a proven legal team that drafts documents and represents our clients in court.
Debt Collection – How Can We Help You?
Amicable Proceedings. In the framework of amicable debt recovery, KOB GROUP’s debt collector prepares the appropriate letters and documents – calls for payment, including pre-court summonses, contacts the debtor through various channels, and monitors the repayment of debts. Often, debtors avoid settling their obligations until third parties intervene. In such cases, realizing they cannot avoid settling their debts, they often agree to an amicable resolution.
Legal Proceedings. The legal team prepares the necessary documents, adapting them to the planned court procedure, files a lawsuit, represents the creditor in court, and provides a full set of documents that may be used in subsequent stages of the debt collection process.
Enforcement Proceedings. The legal team prepares the necessary documents based on the court’s judgment and payment order, along with the enforcement clause. We maintain ongoing contact with the bailiff, supporting the process from an investigative perspective – providing information about the debtor’s assets, including any assets the debtor may be attempting to hide.
